Would you like to learn the basic techniques of bouldering and are you up for new challenges? Then you’re in the right place with the FLINTA* Basic Course.
This course is designed for all FLINTA* individuals who, together with Kaodi, want to venture into their first bouldering experiences. The course includes 5 sessions of 90 minutes each.
Monday || 13.05. – 17.06.24 || 7:30pm – 9:00pm
In this course format, Kaodi focuses on targeted movement training in various wall structures.
The main areas of emphasis include different types of holds and grips, dynamic movements, balance, and climbing on volumes. Collaborative problem-solving of boulder challenges and working on individual strengths and weaknesses are integral parts of each session. The course consists of 5 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.
You should feel confident in Levels 1 and 2. Levels 3-4 should only be a problem to a limited extent. With our help, you’ll soon handle Level 4 confidently.
Basics such as
- proper falling technique
- twisted and frontal climbing
- footwork
- center of gravity
- Static vs. Dynamic
- mental aspects of bouldering
should be familiar to you.
Booking Conditions
From the start date the course takes place continuously for 5 weeks on the corresponding weekday and time. The course does not take place on public holidays – the corresponding date will be made up.
Please bring comfortable sportswear and climbing shoes or clean sport shoes. Climbing shoes can be rented in the gym if needed.
Please bring your own lock. If you don’t have one, you can buy a lock at the counter for €5.
- Up to 14 days before the first day of the event, 6.5% of the price will be charged for cancellations. This corresponds to the fee for the booking system and payment processing.
- 13 to 7 days before the first day of the event, 25% of the price will be charged for cancellation.
- 6 to 1 days before the first day of the event, 50% of the price will be charged for a cancellation.
- In the event of cancellation or no cancellation on the first day of the event, the entire invoice amount is due.
- The course fee is 79€ pP plus entrance.
- For L Members it is 69€ pP.
- If required climbing shoes can be rent at the counter for €3.50 per pair.
